Garam Masala is a spice blend that is used at the beginning of cooking to season poultry, beef, lamb and soup. It also add flavour to vegetables. Essential in Asian, exotic and Indian dishes, this spice can also be used in traditional French continental cuisine: sprinkled on meats before being used in the following recipes: stews, casseroles and pot au feu. This spice contains coriander, cumin, fenugreek, ginger, nutmeg, sweet pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon, cubeb, laurel and mace.
