A TOUCH OF HISTORY,

It was at the end of the 17th century that Charles Johnson, a well-known pirate of his time, sailed the oceans aboard Libertalia (name of a colony of Madagascar). His bunkers were full of gold, barrels of salt, spices and herbs ... He subtly mixed turmeric and wild thyme to create a salt that only the rebels used ... The Pirate Salt.

This spice will bring a Mediterranean flavor to your poultry, southern vegetables, pickles and fish. In addition to these subtle southern touches, this spice blend will give your cooking a nice color thanks to turmeric. Warning! It doesn't go well with red meat.
